  • Are your quotes free?

We provide complimentary estimates for our services. We schedule appointments at specific dates and times to meet with homeowners. During these consultations, we discuss the materials to be used, outline the scope of work, address any inquiries you may have, and provide you with a detailed price quote for your project.
  • Can I get a rough estimate of the cost over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide approximate cost estimates via telephone. Our sales representatives need to conduct an on-site measurement as each property has unique characteristics. Additionally, we need to understand which specific products you're interested in, as prices vary depending on the materials chosen.
  • Does my spouse have to be there?

We kindly request that both you and your spouse are present during the appointment. Your home is a significant investment, and questions often arise during the consultation. We prefer to meet with both of you to thoroughly discuss the project, address all questions, and present product samples to ensure you both agree on the perfect choices for your home.
  • How long does the average appointment last?

Typically, our appointments last between 45 minutes to an hour. During this time, our representative will explain the scope of work, discuss the materials we use, show you samples of our products, and answer any questions you may have about the process.
  • I found nails in my driveway after the container was removed. Why?

Occasionally, nails may fall through the gaps in the dumpster. We use a third-party company for our dumpster services, so we are not present when it is collected and therefore cannot clean the area directly beneath it immediately after removal.
  • I just had my new roof installed and all of the shingles aren't lying flat. Why is that?

Asphalt shingles require time to settle properly. The heat from the sun aids in sealing the tar strip and settling the shingles. According to manufacturers, this process can take up to six months. In our region, it typically takes two to four weeks during summer and one to two months during winter.
  • I was informed that the dumpster would be dropped off/picked up in the morning, it is now the afternoon and nobody has arrived. Is it still being dropped off/picked up?

Yes, the dumpster will still be delivered or collected as scheduled. The timeframes we provide for dumpster services are estimates, as we use a third-party company for this service. While they usually adhere to the estimated times we relay to customers, occasionally there may be slight delays. Please keep the designated area clear for dumpster delivery or pickup.
  • What do I need to do as a client during installation?

For all projects, we ask that you secure or remove any wall-mounted items you're concerned about falling. For roofing projects, please ensure your driveway is clear of vehicles during installation. Your presence isn't required during installation except for window projects, which necessitate interior access. For window installations, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient date.
  • Why does my yard look like a construction site?

During the installation process, our team prioritizes securing any opened areas at the end of each day. They perform a basic cleanup daily to minimize mess and prevent debris from scattering. Upon project completion, our crew conducts a thorough cleanup of the entire work area.
  • Why was rotten wood replacement not included in my initial quote?

Prior to removing the roof or siding, we cannot detect rotten wood as it's concealed. When we discover rotten wood during the project, we promptly contact you to inform you of the affected area and associated costs. We also provide photographic evidence of the damaged areas. For all complete projects, we include up to two sheets of OSB or 20 feet of wood at no additional charge.
