Light color Energy Efficient architectural shingle, with ridge vents. 2. Siding, to include tearoff of existing siding, installation of vapor barrier, dutch lap 4" or 5" preferred. 3. All fascia to be wrapped in aluminum. 4. Soffits to include vented vinyl. ***If there is a special on vinyl siding, a job that was cancelled for example, please consider. Am looking at the low to mid level on siding. ***Timeframe to perform is late Summer to early fall. Thanks.

Crew arrived on time and started work as agreed.Took 2 days to complete repairing and covering wood trim with aluminum covered PVC. Was expecting 3 days to complete. I and 2 of my sons who are in the home building/repairing industry, gave their work a close inspection when they finished. We discovered that cutting and placing the aluminum over the wood trim was exact without excessive overhang or bending. It was easy to see the experience of the the workers that went into the work by the quality of the work.I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company in the future. You will get quality work for sure.

The roof looks great! Negotiation process prior to signing was not aggressive at all and Victor, our salesman, was so sweet. The customer service prior to the work was wonderful. We received friendly schedule and reminder calls. We did run into an issue when they found our plywood needed to be replaced due to rotting issues. However, they were willing to work with us on the price to get the whole roof replaced. Victor and the whole team did a great job and I'm glad we were able to work together. The guys did a great job! The roof and gutters look awesome!

They did an excellent job replacing the entire roof on my house. They replaced a ton of damaged wood I didn't know was there which did add to the price some but they did the job right. There is no cutting corners with Premier Roofing. They found a few other issues I was unaware of and corrected them without charging me (roof vents, flashing, etc). They left the job site visbly cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Angela came for the estimate and set up a contract. Every item explained. Week later Carl and Tim came over and did quality, detailed work. All the seams caulked shut! Whoa! no trim painting again! Big improvement to our old house! Can't go wrong with Premier! Great folks!

We can't say enough about how amazed we are with the pleasant experience we have had with Premier Roofing & Siding. From Sales Presentation to Product Installation we have been impressed and made to feel extremely confident. The sales representative, Rick, was first to make us feel confident with the presentation of the long standing Experience, Expertise and Certifications of both Premier Roofing and its Employees. There was no rush to sale, but rather considerable time given to help us to clearly understand the Assurances of Quality that we would have both now and in the future. The final offer that was made to us was reasonable and worth every penny. We were promised a Roof-in-a-Day, and that's exactly what we got. Jeff, we appreciate and were surprised that you took the time to visit us personally to check out the site and reassure us of everything that had been presented. Then came the day of installation. The Van of workers showed up and the gears were put into motion with the precision of a Swiss Watch. Guys were scraping up the old shingles, pulling up the old felt, then laying down new felt. The Delivery Truck showed up with its conveyor belt depositing bundles on the roof. That truck pulled out, and the Ton & 1/2 pulled in to receive the old material. Then the whole roof crew installed the new shingles. Bang - bang - bang - bang - bang - bang, six nails to a shingle, right on the line for a good seal. All the while, the man on the ground was constantly clearing away debris and cleaning the area. The Roof was completed in 6 hours. The crew was Proficient and very Professional. The result was a perfect job and a beautiful roof. Simultaneously, the second crew set up their metal break and began installing Trim and Soffit. They returned the next morning to finish up the seamless gutters and downspouts. Once again, beautiful and professional work. It all makes the house look new. Thanks for a wonderful job and a great sense of confidence in all the work that was performed. We would highly recommend Premier Roofing and Siding to anyone needing your services. I could not believe they could take out 9 windows & install 9 windows in one day!! Not only that but they installed crown molding at the top of front windows to set it off!! They look great along with the new soffit they installed around the whole house! I highly recommend them!

My new roof looks awesome! Everyone was very professional, the job was finished earlier than planned, and everything was cleaned up. The product was delivered as promised and we are extremely happy. The price is a little high, but the quality is worth it. They were out w/in a few weeks to start and they finished on the same day. I would recommend this company to my friends.
