Susan Kress

Susan has been an office assistant here at Premier since the end of 2016. She has over 20 years of customer service experience, previously working at HSBC Financial specializing in customer accounts & resolution. Although she has only worked here since 2016 she has had close ties to the family for many years before then. Pam and Susan's first born children are married and share 2 grandchildren. 

In her free time, Susan enjoys gardening, reading, getting together with friends, and spending time with her kids and grandkids. Her and her husband also like to spend time out on the water fishing and boating. 

At work she can often be found coming up with ways to help improve the office, calculating our monthly numbers, and setting appointments. She is very handy and enjoys the outdoors, whenever a small repair around the office is needed we can count on her to knock it out. 

She enjoys working part time at Premier because of the the flexibility and the family atmosphere.
