What made you choose our company:
In 2015 we chose Premier Roofing and Siding due to the professional personnel, pricing and LIFE TIME WARRANTY! Twice we have called regarding window replacements and the first time was about a year ago and we were told "we don't have enough people". A few weeks ago we called again and were told the manufacture went out of business, so we cannot honor the life time warranty. Most companies would find another way to quarantee such a warranty, butI guess this is the New Premier. So disappointed and will never refer another person again! For those of you looking for a good company for windows, stick with Anderson windows. At least they will honor their warranty.Company's Response:
We certainly understand, however, the manufacture of the windows (BF-Rich) did go out of business in 2017. They were in business for 60 years prior to them going out of business. The product warranty that you mentioned was held with them as they were the makers of the windows. We are unable to get any replacement parts for those windows and unfortunately we have no control over that. As I am sure you know no matter what you buy if the manufacture goes out of business so does your warranty. It does not make it easier as a customer but our hands are tied. I hope this helps for you to understand how the manufacture product warranty works.
