I want to give a special shout out to both teams that worked on our project. The roofers had disadvantages from the start. The yard was partially flooded, and the shingles could not be delivered anywhere close to where they were needed because of where the building was located (behind our house). I don't envy anyone who has to carry 80-pound bundles a hundred feet away, then carry them up a ladder 22 feet off the ground. I'm glad they're still alive. Despite the very long day they had, they completely cleaned everything up, and put everything back where it goes. These guys are hard workers.
The siding work on our heavily damaged (storms) shed was exceptionally well done. Joe (and his helper, Dave) were able to integrate two different colors of siding and make it look like this was the original factory design. Very clever manipulation of siding and using various parts to essentially re-design the upper half of the shed turned out to be a shed that looks better than the day we bought it. The ultimate two-tone style approach make it look like the shed was designed to match the style and color of our home. Instead of an eyesore the shed is now very much an asset to the property.
When we get ready to re-roof our house (probably within the next two years), we plan on calling Premier first for an estimate, and assessment of the work required.
Again, thanks for your patience and cooperation.
