The roofing crew arrived just after 7:30am on January 8th, 4 men and their supervisor, although with the speed and efficiency in how the roof removal and installation was accomplished, I could have sworn the work crew was bigger. One individual used a tamping hammer to re-level my lawn where the materials delivery truck had cut some shallow ruts in the soft ground, from then on he constantly circled the house picking-up and removing scrap materials as it came off the roof. By lunch, the crew completely stripped the roof to the plywood sheathing, removed the turbine vents, cut the existing sheathing for the new ridge-vent system, and completely installed both the weatherlock adhesive membrane and the pro armor underlayment. Following lunch it was "all hands on deck" installing the duration shingles, pipe collars, the ridge-vent system, and sealing the pipe collars. After  the roof installation was completed, the entire crew was involved in picking-up every bit of scrap material. Before departing, one of the crew used a leaf blower to remove all the light dust and fine debris from the porch, walkways, and the driveway, leaving the area around the house cleaner than it was when they first arrived. I was very impressed with the roofing workmanship and attention to work-site safety and conditions throughout their time here. The ACM trim and soffit, leaf-guard gutters, and closure of the gable vents installation began the morning of January 12th. By the end of the first day, all the new sofft vents had been cut and all ACM wrap and trim work on the rear of the house had been completed, including installation of the Premium Pointe ventilated soffit materials. Trim work on the ends of the house had also started. By the end of the second day, all trim and soffit work had been done on the front of the house, including around the garage. In closing off the gable vents, James the crew supervisor, installed the most beautiful sunburst details on the covers; the likes of which I have never seen before. All work was completed on the third day with the fabrication and installation of the leaf-guard gutters and associated downspouts. Since I have an underground "rain-drain" system to keep water away from the foundation, the crew matched and installed the new downspouts into my system.  Neither my wife nor I heard a single use of foul or obscene language by either the roofing or trim crews during work accomplishment. To me that speaks volumes about the professionalism of Premier's employees, how they present themselves individually, and how they represent their employer as a team. I have already suggested to neighbors, friends, and family that when considering a roof replacement, to contact Premier Roofing and Siding for an estimate and a contract. All the business cards Ms. Angela Gore gave me have been distributed among my neighbors. My next door neighbor came over to "review" the workmanship; he told me that it was the best trim job he had seen in the area and was very impressed with the artistic sunburst details created by James.

How often do you get a new roof? We compared this company with two others, liked the product, the time frame and the price (not too high, not too low — just right) so contracted with them and held our breath. Roofing crew finished in one day — from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM with only 1/2 hour lunch break. Worked their tails off and resulted in beautiful roof. Responsive crew as well as office to any questions we had. Had gutters done too — another great crew! Polite, responsive, professional!

I was very impressed with her knowledge of materials, procedures, and her step by step on roofs in general. She knew the appropriate timing on availability of materials, even including what would happen due to inappropriate weather. She showed me a variety of roofing options, in which I was able to immediately Select the best option for my house. She was not lost for words in explaining and clarifying any questions asked. Caroline as a Marketing Manager is a true asset to the Premier Roofing and Siding. To Caroline's efforts I would highly recommend Premier Roofing and Siding without a moments hesitation! She was always available for additional questions to both my son and I. She kept close supervision and contact with him. I was very satisfied with the clean. This was the smoothest process I have been a part of in dealing with home repairs. From the sales pitch (which was done very well with no pressure), to the scheduling, with the installation and the customer service, it was flawless! The roof looks awesome and the price is well worth the product. Do not be fooled by companies that might charge a little less...you get your money's worth.

My experience with Premier Roofing was very satisfying, I love my new roof (matched my color very close to what I wanted). They were very efficient, completing at least 95% the first day and came back the next day to finish. Cleaning up the area was good, you wouldn't even know I had a new roof installed. Of course there were issues that cropped up, but were immediately taken care of to my satisfaction. Everyone experiences issues with any kind of work you have, but do they take care of it right then? Premier went out of their way to take caare of it right then. I would recommend this company to my friends and family whenever they need a roof replaced.

The next time I need work done to my hhome or investment property, I will not hesitate to call Premier Roofing and Siding. I looked at several home improvement business for siding and a new roof for my rental house. I'm glad i decided to go with Premier. My experience with the company's marketing representatives and work crews was extremely pleasant. Everyone was very professional and helpful. But, most of all I'm very happy with the outcome of the work done to my property. The house looks fresh and new, and the new roof is giving me peace of mind going into another hurricane season. 

My new roof looks awesome! Everyone was very professional, the job was finished earlier than planned, and everything was cleaned up. The product was delivered as promised and we are extremely happy. The price is a little high, but the quality is worth it. They were out within a few weeks to start and they finished on the same day. I would recommend this company to my friends. 

Me and my mother have had a couple of jobs done by Premier within the past year and a half. Rick Phelps came out and gave us a great price and walked us through the whole process. When he came out we priced up our whole house from roof replacement to windows and doors to siding and trim. He took his time and worked with my mom on all the details and did not rush us through, upon receiving several other quotes, Premier's was the best, not just in price but in quality of materials, warranty and salesmanship - making us feel comfortable and not pressured.Unfortunately we couldn't do everything at once and had to start with our roof due to a small leak after a storm. They came in and did an excellent job. The main house had a hip roof and the addition was flat, we also had our A frame garage done at the same time. It did take a couple of days with some wood needing replaced. But they cleaned up everyday before leaving.Next we had our windows and doors replaced. We had 9 regular windows replaced and then an octagon shaped window taken out and a small rectangular one put it. They did an excellent job, did not damage any of our custom interior window trim and even trimmed out the new rectangular window in our kitchen to match the others. Again they cleaned up after working each day. And in the end made sure that we were completely happy with the installation, even tweaking a couple of windows to make sure they were perfect. After the installation we noticed immediately a difference in noise and temperature control.Lastly, we just had our siding, trim and gutters done. Rick Phelps, our salesman, took his time addressing any issues we had before work began and explained the difference in vinyl siding options. We didnt have long to wait before they came out and started taking off our old aluminum siding. We are so happy with the new vinyl siding, trim and gutters. They also trimmed out our garage to match the house. Some days it was so cold and windy but they made the best of it getting our house done right. Even put up new lights we had picked out. We love the new look of our home, with all the work that has been done it looks brand new.

I was very impressed with the overall workmanship and quality of products they brought out to my house. They also met their schedule very efficiently. I was the most satisfied with the artwork on the gable ends. They did a sunburst design, which turned out very well. They also matched the downspouts to my underground system.
