I got a new roof and gutters for a fair price. They did the roof in half a day and the gutters on a separate day soon after. Everyone was very helpful along the way with great communication. I highly recommend this company!  

Angela was very ehlpful and came out a second time regarding my concern about the siding color. She picked the best color for the match. Karl and his helper did a great job! The realized the need to match the detached garage siding to the existing house siding. A light sensor was broken and they were honest to tell me. They replaced the sensor. I used this company on my house before and they did a great job. This is why I used them again.

I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received by your sale representative, Mike Kress and installers Karl and Tim. The Premier experience was fabulous from start to finish. Mike is an experienced and courteous salesperson; the staff at the office executed every step of the ordeing, delivery, and scheduling in the most professional manner. The installers were hard-working, friendly, fast, and most of all did anexpert job! It was apparent to me that these guys knew what they were doing and were determined to provide me with a quality installation. Their professional and courteous attidtued, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific concerns were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. I feel like everyone treated my concerns with the utmost importance, as if they were their own. The quality of your product and intsallation was excellent. The installers made absolutely sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the installation. Both Mike and Karl handled my concerns as if they were their own. They also took the time to listen and then explain when needed. They were very hard working, professional and courteous. I want to give a special shout out to both teams that worked on our project. The roofers had disadvantages from the start. The yard was partially flooded, and the shingles could not be delivered anywhere close to where they were needed because of where the building was located (behind our house). I don't envy anyone who has to who has to carry 80 pound bundles a hundred feet away, then carry them up a ladder 22 fee off the ground. I'm glad they're still alive. Despite the very long day they had, they completely cleaned everything up, and put everything back where it goes. These guys are hard workers. The siding work on our heavily damaged (storms) shed was exceptionally well done. Joe (and his helper, Dave) were able to integrate two different colors of siding and make it look like this was the original factory design. Very clever manipulation of siding and using various parts to essentially re-design the upper half of the shed turned out to be a shed that looks better than the day we boought it. The ultimate two-tone style approach makes it look like the shed was designed to atch the style and color of our home. Instead of an eyesore, the shed is now very much an asset to the property. When we get ready to re-roof our house we plan on calling Premier first for an estimate, and assessment of the work required. Again, thanks for your patience and cooperation.

Premier Roofing and Siding Contractors wrapped all of our house trim in the front and back of our home with either vinyl or PVC-coated aluminum. Damaged wood was removed and replaced when necessary. We were impressed with their expert craftsmanship. The communication was excellent each step of the way, starting with our sales consultant John, the office staff, the owner of the company, and the crew. Daily cleanup was fantastic and we were satisfied with how efficient they were in finishing the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone and if we need any work done in the future we are going straight to them. It looks like we have a brand new home!

Our experience with Premier Roofing has been a positive one in every respect. The sales representative, Skip Scott, was knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Also his guidance lead us to choosing the right shingles for our house. Carlos and his roofing crew kept up a diligent pace throughout the project. Their desire to please was maintained along with their undaunted work ethic. The proof of the workmanship was noticed by multiple neighbors saying that the roof was well suited to our house and changed the look for better curb appeal. All observers were impressed with the diligence of the work crew.

Skip Scott was very knowledgeable and provided fine attention to detail during planning and while drawing up the contract.  He helped us select our shingles, Pacific Wave, and the house looks beautiful. Carlos and his team did a tremendously professional installation. Carlos, in particular, is an excellent carpenter and attended to our concerns during the installation of a new power vent and skylight. Finally, shortly after our roof was finished the remnants of hurricane Michael blew thru with high winds and heavy rain and we've had no leaks. We highly recommend Premier Roofing and are appreciative of their excellent work.

We had our roof replaced by Premier. Our estimate was very detailed and was done promptly. They did a great job with their communication leading upto the day before the job. The crew arrived promptly and completed the job. They also did a pretty good job cleaning. The roof looks really good and with the ridge vents installed we already feel much better upstairs with the extra ventilation. We got the Owens Corning Tru Definition shingles.
