The roof looks great! Negotiation process prior to signing was not aggressive at all and Victor, our salesman, was so sweet.  The customer service prior to the work was wonderful.  We received friendly schedule and reminder calls.  We did run into an issue when they found our plywood needed to be replaced due to rotting issues.  However, they were willing to work with us on the price to get the whole roof replaced.  Victor and the whole team did a great job and I'm glad we were able to work together. The guys did a great job!  The roof and gutters look awesome!

To the Premier Roofing Family,  You were stranger when you entered our home to sell us vinyl siding. You have now left our home as family. The guys that worked on our home were exceptional in their ability to get the job done right, and their workmanship was truly second to none. When they saw a hidden issue, they gave us options right away so that there would be no financial surprises. Companies always put their best foot forward when they want your business; Premier continuously put their best foot forward throughout the entire project. Anyone that would choose another siding company over Premier is flat crazy and gambling with their most prize possession. 

Premier Roofing and Siding gave us perfect advise on how to replace our front, full length of our house, porch, due to old rotting wood. The new columns we chose are bigger than our originals but, with the craftsmanship and attention to details, of Carl's crew,  they were able to make our choice of columns look perfect. We also had our house wrapped which turned out beautiful.  The crew was on time each day and  gave me a status report each day before they left. Thanks for giving our home the "facelift" it needed!

Premier Roofing did an excellent job with the siding on my home. Everyone loves it and compliments it. They provided me with a quote and did not waver from that quote. The owner ensured that! This made me very happy!! I was informed of everything that was being done to my home, and if there were any changes, I was notified. When the light fixtures outside and house numbers came down, before putting them back up, they were nice enough and considerate enough to ask if I had anything new to replace the old. The owner came out to inspect the job personally on a daily basis. She also came out to speak with me for the final walk around and inspection. Great job, very professional, and they got the job done!

Every aspect of our experience from meeting with the salesman to completing our roof replacement was exemplary. Precautions were taken to protect our shrubbery, deck and gardens with no mess left behind. Highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for the wonder roof that your team was able to do on my home. Starting with Rick, coming over provide the estimate and give me the samples to the supervisor and team that came over to do the work, it was a pleasure to work with this team. They came over first thing in the morning and quickly took the roof apart and they were done in the afternoon with my new house. Since I've had the roof, there are no issue and the roof looks great. One of my neighbors saw how fast you were and I gave her your numbers, so hopefully she will be calling you soon.

I used Premier to replace the old, molded cedar shingles on the gables of my house with vinyl scalloped shingles.  The whole process was painless from initial sales consult to completion of the job.  Prices were reasonable and the office was easy to deal with, even with the multiple reschedules that were necessary due to the snowstorms.  I'm very pleased with the finished product and will certainly use Premier for any future siding or roofing needs.

This is the second time I've used Preimier. We had our roof and gutters done in 2013. We have had no issues and decided to use them on our fascia and soffit wrap. The guys did a great job. I continually looked at others wrap jobs and I'm pleased to say that these guys are pure craftsman. The level of detail, the bends and the way they all fit it together was and is just perfect. They did complex bends instead of quick folds and it shows. They were also the lowest bid! We are very happy!     

Back in 2013, the best decision we ever made was calling Premier to do repairs on our homoe that our Homeowners Association pointed out to us. You completely improved the outside of our house by upgrading the siding, trim, shutters, windows, and gutters. Additionally, your team tackled the difficult job of repairing our leaky balcony. The team was able to replace the deck, railings, and fix the leak by gluing down the rubber matting to seal everything off. This year we discovered a major leak in our roof. We knew exactly who to call to fix the problem. Talking to Scott, Ann, and Carlos gave us the confidence that our roof would be repaired correctly, and we could just relax. Everyone from the office to the team doing the construction proved to us once again that you're a family company who provides excellent workmanship. You take great pride in your work as well!
